1. Services Provided
The tutor agrees to provide personalized tutoring services in the subject(s) indicated above. Sessions may be conducted in-person or virtually as agreed upon.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the agreed hourly rate before each session. The client agrees to pay for scheduled sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged at 50% of the session rate.
3. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.
4. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with mutual agreement. The tutor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to come prepared for sessions and engage respectfully. The tutor reserves the right to end sessions early if the student is unprepared or disrespectful.
6. Academic Integrity
The tutor will provide guidance and support but will not complete assignments or tests on behalf of the student. All work must be the student's own.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law to disclose.
8. Liability
The tutor is not liable for the student's academic performance or test scores. Results depend on the student's effort, aptitude, and external factors beyond the tutor's control.
