Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Memphis TutorPro services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Memphis TutorPro provides personalized tutoring services in various academic subjects. Services may be delivered in-person or virtually, as agreed upon between the tutor and client.

3. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked through our online booking system or by direct arrangement.
• Payment is due before each scheduled session at the rate of $25 per hour, per person.
• Group sessions (2-4 students) are charged at $25 per hour, per person.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice will receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Arrive prepared for sessions with necessary materials.
• Engage respectfully with the tutor.
• Complete any assigned practice work to maximize progress.

The tutor reserves the right to end sessions early or discontinue services if a student is consistently unprepared, disruptive, or disrespectful.

6. Academic Integrity

Memphis TutorPro provides educational support and guidance. The tutor will not:

• Complete assignments or tests on behalf of students.
• Provide answers without educational context.
• Assist with any form of academic dishonesty.

All work must be the student's own, with the tutor serving as a guide and resource.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the student.

8. Liability and Results

While Memphis TutorPro strives to provide high-quality educational support, the tutor cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grades. Student progress depends on multiple factors including effort, aptitude, school curriculum, and factors beyond the tutor's control.

Memphis TutorPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of tutoring services.

9. Changes to Terms

Memphis TutorPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
